QuestLaw Premium Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 29, 2026
This policy applies when an individual QuestLaw Premium subscription is offered and purchased. It does not apply to separately negotiated institutional plans.
First paid charge
You may request a refund of the first successfully paid QuestLaw Premium subscription charge within 30 calendar days after that charge. A free trial is not a paid charge.
Renewals
Subscription renewal charges are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so Premium remains available through that date.
How to request a refund
Email support@questlaw.io from the email address used for your QuestLaw account. Include the charge date and the last four characters of the Stripe invoice number if available. Never send a full card number, bank-account number, password, or recovery code.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears after Stripe processes it.
Taxes and legal rights
Taxes are refunded when and to the extent required by applicable law and the rules governing the original transaction. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights or any refund required by law.
Questions about invoices, payment methods, or cancellation can be handled through Stripe’s Customer Portal by choosing Manage billing in QuestLaw.
